Before starting on a project, we consult with the owner or their representative to review all factors, processes, and components in order to ensure complete satisfaction. We identify and fully understand any existing and/or potential problems before proceeding to implement the proper details and scope of work. Every step is approved by the engineer. Every precaution necessary is taken to protect and preserve property value by covering all necessary landscaping, lighting, furniture and fixtures in the work area. We will coordinate efforts with onsite management as necessary to ensure all vehicles are removed from the respective areas prior to start.

We are certified applicators for a wide variety of coatings and materials, manufactured by companies who are recognized as leaders in their field. Our long and successful relationship with these companies allows us to provide our clients with the finest products, backed by the manufacturers warranty, in addition to our warranties on labor.

When the work is completed we will ask the owner / representative to do a final walk through with a Star team member.
